This is often the reaction of pole dancers who have only recently started pole dancing. But wait, we’ve all been to that point and we’ve all made it. Here are a few tricks and tips on how you too can get started on the Exotic journey:
Self-confidence
Denk daran, wir alle waren irgendwann einmal am selben Punkt wie du. Du brauchst dir daher überhaupt nicht komisch vorzukommen oder dich unwohl zu fühlen, wenn das Ganze bei dir noch nicht ganz so aussieht, wie bei Pole Dancern, die schon etwas länger Exotic üben. Nebenbei bemerkt - die meisten sexy aussehenden Figuren im Exotic fühlen sich überhaupt nicht sexy an 😉
Habituation
Pleasers (the high platform shoes) take some getting used to, absolutely. As it is with habits, you can also speed up the process by, for example, simply putting the shoes on once at home - no matter whether you are cooking, working in the home office or simply walking up and down. This way you get used to the feeling faster and your well-being increases.
Hold on the pole
An often helpful thought is that in Exotic Pole Dance you usually have at least one hand on the pole. This allows you to hold on most of the time, support your feet and joints under stress, and gain confidence before going anywhere without a pole. Otherwise, we recommend our Heels Walk Tutorial.
