Learn various active and passive stretching exercises in the stretching class to increase your flexibility and mobility. The right exercises, a good technique and repetition are the key to success or the key to your splits and backbends. The class consists of 2 lessons of 60 minutes each and is suitable for all levels. Even non “poledancers” are welcome to join this class.
