In the pole dance trial lesson you will get a first insight into your future pole home. You will get to know our pole community and you can also ask all your questions personally.

Appointments are made by individual agreement by mail.

For the lesson you need normal sportswear. Please bring shorts for the acrobatic poses on the pole. You should also bring a towel and a water bottle. Pole dancing is done barefoot or in socks.
